Picture for the upper screen panel

Upper screen bar can contain an image to make the application environment more attractive. This image can be defined:

1. In web.config file - Parameter Person_Default_HeadImage. This image is used unless user defines it own image.

2. By user in the PersonQuickInfo settings on tab Customization. Based on the image user shall define whether light font should be used in the upper panel.
