Icon	Description
	Save the record.
	Goes to the log of user access. The icon is available for administrator only.
	Reference to user - It leads to the page displaying selected references to the user in the model.
	Delegation - It leads to the page displaying user delegations.
	User administration - It leads to the page with user detail. The icon is available for administrator only.

Tab: Basic properties

Section: Basic properties

• Account - Name of account of the user. It is used by name and password or Windows authentication and in the system columns of the records.
• Alternative accounts - User accounts that the user can also use. This field is displayed only when Windows autentication is used.
• Display name - Name of the user displayed in the references. It should identify the user.
• First name - First name of the user.
• Last name - Last name of the user.
• Email - Email of the user. It is used in notifications and in email references to the user.
• Password change - Link to the page for the password change. It is displayed only in the record of the current user.
• Logon enabled - It defines wheather the user can logon to the application.
• Active - It defines wheather the user is active. If the users are not active, they are not shown in the user selection in the user reference columns.
• Language for notifications - It defines the language in which notifications are sent to the user. The selected language will be used if there is a language option of the given notification for the selected language.
• Language for application
  • It defines language in which the application is displayed to the user. If some part of the application is not localized to the selected language, the non-localized part will be shown in English.
  • This setting determines also decimal separator.
• Send emails - Information, wheather email notifications shall be sent to the user.
• Send SMS - Information, wheather email notifications shall be sent to the user.
• Default page - The page that shall be displayed to the user as a default one (instead of Default.aspx). If there is no page selected for the user or he/she do not have access right for it anymore, the default page defined for the ObjectGears instance is displayed.
• Last logon time - Date and time of the last logon of the user.

There are displayed those attributes from the class extending user properties here, that are selected in the page with set up of visibility of user properties.

Tab: Role

Section: List of assigned roles

• Shows roles that are assigned to the user.
• By checking off a role the user can remove temporarily the given role for himself. The system does not take since that time the given roles in account and works as if the user did not have the role assigned. The user can simulate system behaviour that another user, that does not have other roles assigned, is experiencing. This restriction persists within one session only. After new logon the user has all roles checked again.
