    Settings of the given time operation.

    Section: Settings

    • Class - name of the class, on which the time operation is defined
    • Id - internal identifier of the time operation
    • Code - code of the time operation
    • Enabled - information, wheather the time operation is enabled and can be executed
    • Name - name of the time operation
    • Comment - comment to the time operation

    Section: Reference to data

    • Record column with date - selection of the column of the type Date and time, that will control execution of the time operation
    • Record identifier - selection of the record identifier
    • Active from date - setting of the minimal date for selection of records from the class/query, for which the time operations shall be executed. (E.g. if you do not want that time operations are performed for records with date in the column Record column with date in the past, enter here current date.)
    • Active till date - setting of the maximal date for selection of records from the class/query, for which the time operations shall be executed.

    Section: Start

    In this section there is determined, when the evaluation will be carried out, wheather particular time operations shall be performed for particular records. Particular time operations are not evaluated and performed automatically, but in times set in advanced according to this settings.

    • Start in days - determination of days in month, in which time operation shall be carried out.
    • Start the last day in month - determines, wheather the time operation shall be performed the last day in the month.
    • Start in days of the week (Checkboxes Mo-Su) - determination of days in week, in which time operation shall be carried out.

    Time operation will be carried out in all the days complying with at least one f the above stated three definitions.

    • Start at time - determination of the hour for time, in which time operation shall be carried out. More hours can be selected.
    • Start at time - determination of the minute for time, in which time operation shall be carried out.
    • Start type
      • Start only once for each identifier - each operation (0-4) will be for the given identifier carried out only once. If the value in Record column with date is changed, operations are carried out again.
      • Start every time - operations are carried out always, when the time according to the definition in Start at time comes. This means they are carried out repeatedly.
    • Start every time - min. after days - If the option Start every time is selected, this setting determines number of days, that have to pass, in order that the operations can be carried out again.

    Who and when created, changed the last time and deleted the time operation.

    Section: Operation 0-4

    • Enabled - Infomation, wheather the time operation is enabled and can be carried out.
    • Shift in days against date - Determination of the date, when the given operation shall be carried out in form of number of days before the date in Record column with date (in case of negative number) or after this date (in case of positive number). If 0 is input, the given operation is carried out on the date in Record column with date, resp. on the closest possible date after this time according to definition in tab Basic properties in the section Start. If more operations (0-4) are set, than the operation with a higher number must have higher value in this setting than the previous operation.

    Section: Email notification

    If you want an email notification to be sent within the operation, define recipients by selection in one of four settings (Column with email or user, Distribution group, Users or Email list) and notification.

    • Start workflow - selection of workflow, that shall be started.
