    Section: Basic properties

    • Code - Code of the role.
    • Name - Name of the role.
    • Name in the system - Name of the group in Active Directory or other external system. This property will be used if the application is configured to take over roles according to the membership of the user in the groups of Microsoft Windows Active Directory. The name of the group have to be entered in format domain_name\group_name.
    • Enabled - Defines if the role is enabled in the application.
    • Immediately assign to user - It detremines, wheather the role shall be activated as soon as the user logs on. If it is not checked, the user will not have the role active after logon. This behaviour is suitable in case of some strong roles that the user shall always explicitly temporarily enable. In order to activate the role the user has to check it in the page with information about user. Change of this setting may take effect at users only after their closing and reopening the browser.
    • Description - Description displayed to users on page PersonQuickInfo.
    • Comment for administrator - Comment for needs of administrator.

    Section: Use of the role

    • Models in which the role is used and users that have the role assigned.

    Section: Audit trail - Read only values

    • Created by - User that created the record (role).
    • Created when - Date and time of record (role) creation.
    • Changed by - User that changed whatever data in the record (role) the last time.
    • Changed when - Date and time of the last change in the record (role).
